Booking Rules

• Only one court can be booked for singles.
  
• Two consecutive courts may be booked for doubles.
  
• Members may book a court up to 10 days in advance but not before 7.00 am each morning.
  
• Members are encouraged to show the opponent's name.
  
• Members playing on a court that has not been booked in their name before going on the court will be asked to leave the court.

Cancellations

• Members are encouraged to cancel a court as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
  
• A fine of £5.00 will be imposed when (1) a court is cancelled within 48 hrs of the court start time if the court is not re-booked or when (2) the court is remains booked and unused ("no show").

Guests

• Guests may only play with a member
• When booking to play with a guest, the member must enter "guest" as the opponent
• No guest may play more than 6 time a year
• The member must ensure the £3 guest fee is paid on each occasion, and that the guest signs the Visitor's book.

Light Meters

• Card-operated light meters provide lighting at the rate of £1.00 per 20 minutes.  Light cards can be purchased at the bar.
